Frumpy much???

When I put on this outfit, I was thinking "loose, flowy, but comfy and fun."  When I saw it in the pic, I thought, "EW!  FRUMPY!"  I suppose you can make your own decision... and I don't hate it so much that I wouldn't wear it again, I'll be honest.
