2 weeks old.

My nephew made his FIRST visit to Aunt Laura's last night.  :)  Isn't he just perfect?  YES, he is!

And, of course, Aunt Laura had to take a few pictures:

Castle Park.

We spent the weekend, visiting my husband's family in southern Illinois.  The boys always LOVE to go down there.  They get to see their grandparents, play with their cousins, and usually rough-house with their uncle at one time or another.  :)

We packed a lot of fun into a couple of days.  My children played hard and slept well.  :)

A highlight of our weekend was a trip to a park that my brother-in-law suggested.  He said his kids loved it, and thought his nephews would, too.  They were FAR from disappointed.

Things that are YUMMY!

We usually celebrate the 4th with my family.  This year, things were a little off schedule since my baby nephew arrived over the weekend... So, everyone took it easy and did their own thing.  The highlights of our day?...

Of course, my brother, his wife, and baby nephew celebrated at the hospital... but they celebrated nonetheless...

And, I didn't stop celebrating this morning.  MORE yumminess... just sayin'...  Come to think of it, when it comes to food, this family NEVER stops celebrating!  :)  SO good!
