“Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.”
-Psalm 100:4-5 NIV
Today is it!... Thanksgiving Day. :) My house smells like turkey. Yum. It has been a wonderful day. Family came over. We ate a LOT. We spent time together. What better way to celebrate being thankful than with the people you love most? Let's hope that doesn't only last one day a year!!!
So, to close my week of reasons to be thankful (like you can actually ever "close" that subject, right?)...
I am so thankful for my Savior. I am thankful for His loving mercy and grace. I am thankful to live in a country where I can worship Him. I am thankful for my church and my pastors who work so hard and sacrificially. I am thankful for the faith of my father and mother, who taught me to follow my heavenly Father. I am thankful for a husband who shares this conviction and leads our family in the same light.
